Seven common faults of cone crusher and its elimination method
Cone crusher crushing ratio, high efficiency, low energy consumption, uniform product size, suitable for crushing and fine ore and rock. During use, the cone crusher will sometimes encounter the seven common fault, do you know how to remove these faults?
 Fault one: the filter before and after the oil pressure is not the same as Fault causes: filter clogging
Troubleshooting: differential pressure of more than 0.04MPa, must clean the filter. The oil does not pass through the filter device and remove the filter cleaning, so a direct to the crushing machine oil, no more than 2-3h
Fault two: there is no oil flow in the oil flow indicator, but the oil pressure is lower than 0.5MPa
Fault: 1.low temperature; 2.oil switch not good; 3.oil pump is not good;
Troubleshooting methods: 1.oil heating; 2.will switch to open; 3.to stop the crusher, replace the oil pump;
Failure three: the amount of oil return in the tank is reduced, and the oil level is significantly reduced. Failure reasons: 1. Crusher bottom cover leaking; 2. The drive bearing shell flange leakage; 3. Spherical bearing seat ring groove is blocked or too much oil, oil from the dustproof device for miss
Troubleshooting method: 1, 2 down, to find out the reasons to eliminate, and then to the tank add oil; downtime 3, cleaning return oil ring groove, adjust to the fuel, and to the oil tank add oil
Fault four: temperature above 55 degrees Celsius, but did not increase the pressure Fault: there is something wrong with the eccentric shaft part;
Troubleshooting: check the straight bushing and cone bushing, to identify the cause of the failure to find out
Fault five: increase the oil pressure and oil temperature Cause of failure: oil pipe or crusher internal circuit blockage Troubleshooting method: stop to find the blockage and clear
Fault six: from the oil cooler out of more than 45 DEG C Failure reasons: 1. no cooling water; 2.cooling water temperature is high; 3.cooler blockage
Troubleshooting method: to the cooling water, check whether the water pressure is too low, and as far as possible to increase the pressure; check the temperature of the cooling water, cleaning the cooler
Fault seven: water in oil tank, oil content increased Fault reason: the water pressure in the cooler is higher than the oil pressure
