Mineral Beneficiation Line

Mineral beneficiation(production) line is to extract some elements of the original ore by certain processes and equipments. The extracted material from the ore will be used for smelting or other industrial applications. Mineral production line in accordance with different mineral species can be devided as: iron production line, lead zinc production line, huebnerite beneficiation line, copper beneficiation line, silver production line and other mineral production lines.
 

Mineral Beneficiation Line Process
Metallic mineral production line process is as follows: The raw ore is first sent into the jaw crusher for primary broken.  When it is broken to a reasonable degree of fineness, it will be transported by the elevator(hoister) evenly into the ball mill for further crushing as well as grinding. After ball mill grinding, the material flows into the next process: classification. Spiral classifier washes and classifies the material with the principle of different proportions of solid particles in the liquid, different sedimentation speeds. After washing and grading, the material will be sent into the magnetic separation machine. The magnetic separation machine will separate primarily the material according to the different magnetic properties. After the primary magnetic separation in the magnetic separation machine, the seperated mineral particles will be sent into the flotation machine. Depending on the different mineral characteristics, different reagents are added to make the required mineral and other substances separated. For the mineral which is separated out, it contains large amounts of water. So, it is necessary to send it into the thickener, and then the dryer to get dry mineral.

Mineral Beneficiation Line Equipments
Full set of equipments in the mineral production line include: jaw crusher, energy-saving ball mill, classifier, magnetic separator for wet and dry separation, flotation machine, concentrator(thickener) and dryer and so on. Auxiliary equipments are: feeder, hoister, conveyors, etc..
