Flotation Machine Brief Introduction
Flotation machine is the latest design which uses the circular tank concept and combines the benefits of circular cells with the unique features of the minerals mechanism to create the ideal conditions and maximize floatation performance for all roughing, cleaning and scavenging duties.
The Flotation machine is mainly used for sorting copper, zinc, lead, nickel, gold and other non-ferrous metals. It can also be used for roughing and selecting black metal and non-metallic. The impeller of the Flotation machine is driven by the V-belt motor, and then generates centrifugal effect to form negative pressure.
Flotation Machine Working Principle
Flotation machine When the impeller rotating, may produce vortex in the vertical tube and the draft tube,the vortex formate negative pressure ,inhale air into the trachea, and mixed with ore pulp inhaled through diversion pipe in the impeller and the stator region . The mixture stream of plasma gas form a tangential direction by the impeller to move, and then converted into a radial movement by the stator, and evenly distributed in the flotation tank. Mineralized bubbles rise to the foam layer, unilateral or bilateral scrapings is the product of the bubble.
The internal structure of the flotation machine:
Flotation machine is mainly made up of the tank, the impeller, stator, dispersed cover, false bottom, draft tube, vertical tube, adjustable ring. The flotation machine with advanced technology and high quality is of big inspiratory capacity , low power consumption. Each tank have triple features of inhaling air , inhaling pulp and flotation , forming flotation circuit, without any auxiliary equipment, level configuration, easily for process changing.
