High Gradient Magnetic Separator Application
High Gradient Magnetic Separator magnetic system is made from high-quality ferrite magnetic materials or synthetic materials of rare earth and magnet steel. On the High Gradient Magnetic Separator shell surface, the average magnet intensity reaches 100-600mt. High Gradient Magnetic Separator Working Principles
It mainly consists of sorting ring, sealing system, driven system support and positioned wheel-set. The "magnetic linkage" or" magnetic group" rotates with the cylinder, non-magnetic ores which locate between them fall down. The magnetic minerals will absorb on the surface of the medium. And then be sent into non-magnetic field by swivel, then be flushed into concentrated ore bucket, and the non-magnetic particles will discharge from the tailings along the gap.
