AAC Mould, Mould Bottom Plate(Side Plate), Steam-Curing Cart

AAC Mould is frame structure made up of structural steel and steel plate with good stiffness and light weight. Tilting axes are set on its both ends, wheels on its bottom, sealing strips preventing slurry leakage, reasonably structured and flexible tilting. AAC Mould is the dedicated equipment to pour. When slurry was poured into mould from pouring mixer, blocks are formed ready for cutting after ferment, curing and stripping.

 Application of AAC Block Moulds:
1.AAC Mould Material slurry can be held in the combining of the mould and the side plates, After settling, curing and foaming,it can be solidified in to blank, The side plate can bear the blank which shall be cut by the cutting machinery, and fed into the autoclave to be hardened together with the hardening car.
2.The hardening car is a carrier to carry the side plates and the blank to enternd leave the autoclave.

Steam-curing Cart is the main ancillary equipment in the production of aerated concrete. The cuted body was hoisted into the steam-curing cart with the bottom plate. The steam-curing cart organizes the body and bottom plate into groups and carries them into autoclave for steam curing.
