Aerated concrete
Casting machine is the main equipment in the production of aerated concrete, and is mainly applicable
for mixing the slurry, cement, quicklime, gypsum, and liquid of aluminum paste which are poured into tank in accordance
with certain proportion, to make them well-proportioned and reacted with each other adequately. Then it pours the mixed
slurry into mould frame in due course.

Casting machine adopts screw-propeller mix, and strong current is formed in the tank
so that the envelope of quicklime is damaged and well-proportioned mix is adequately accomplished.
Meanwhile, the arm of casting machine which can go up and down adjusts the height in the casting process to avoid splash.
The equipment consists of mobile and stationary types, and pours slurry of definite amount into mould.
Casting Machine has two type: Fixed Casting Machine and Mobile Casting Machine.
